Ordering & pricing

All prices are in US dollars and are shown on each product page. We work hard to keep prices, descriptions, and availability accurate, but errors can happen. If we discover a pricing or listing error on an item you ordered, we will contact you before charging or shipping and give you the choice to proceed at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.

Availability

Items are subject to availability. If an item sells out after you order, we will notify you and refund that item in full.

Order confirmation

Your order is confirmed when you receive a confirmation number beginning with ALCO-. We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order — for example, if we suspect fraud or cannot verify the shipping details — and to refund it.

Acceptable use

Please use the store lawfully. Do not attempt to disrupt the site, place fraudulent orders, or resell in violation of manufacturer terms. We may suspend access for abuse.

Limitation of liability

Products are provided as described on their pages. To the extent permitted by law, Albright Laboratories is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from use of a product, beyond the amount you paid for it. Nothing here limits rights you have under applicable consumer-protection law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Albright Laboratories operates, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
