Every Alcoterra order ships from within the United States. Here is exactly what to expect after you check out.
Where we ship
We ship to all 50 US states, including APO/FPO military addresses. At this time we do not ship internationally. If you need a freight or international quote, contact us before ordering.
Rates & carrier
We use the United States Postal Service (USPS). Most items ship in a USPS Flat Rate box, so the shipping price you see at checkout is the price you pay â no surprise fees. Oversized or heavy items may ship via USPS Ground Advantage; the rate is always shown before you pay.
Handling & delivery time
Orders placed before 1:00 PM Eastern on a business day typically ship the same day; otherwise they ship the next business day. Once in the USPS network, delivery is usually 2â5 business days depending on your location. We do not ship on weekends or US federal holidays.
Tracking
When your order ships we email a USPS tracking number to the address you provided at checkout. If you have not received tracking within two business days, check your spam folder and then contact us â we will resend it.
Lost or damaged in transit
If your package arrives damaged, or tracking stalls for more than seven days, contact us right away. We will work with USPS to locate it or send a replacement at no cost to you.
