Alcoterra is operated by Albright Laboratories. We collect only what we need to process your order, and we never sell your personal information.
What we collect
When you place an order we collect the name and email address you provide, the items you buy, and the shipping details needed to deliver them. Our web servers also record standard technical data (such as IP address and browser type) to keep the store secure and working.
How we use it
We use your information to process and ship your order, to email you order and shipping updates, to answer your questions, and to prevent fraud and abuse. That's it.
Payments
Card payments are processed over encrypted HTTPS by our payment provider. We do not store your full card number on our servers.
Sharing
We share information only with the service providers who help us run the store — for example USPS to deliver your package and our payment processor to charge your card. We do not sell or rent your personal information to anyone.
Your choices
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it (except records we must keep for tax or legal reasons). Just contact us and we will help.
Cookies
We use a small number of essential cookies to keep the store functioning (for example, to remember your session). We do not use them to build advertising profiles of you.
