We want you to be happy with what you bought. If it isn't right, you have 30 days to send it back.
The 30-day window
You may return most items within 30 days of the delivery date for a refund. Items should be in the same condition you received them â unused or gently inspected, with any original packaging and accessories included.
How to start a return
Contact us with your order number (it starts with ALCO-) and let us know which item you would like to return and why. We will reply with a return address and simple instructions. You do not need to call anyone or wait on hold.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we issue your refund to the original payment method within 3â5 business days. Your bank may take a few additional days to post it. We refund the full item price; original shipping is refunded when the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item).
Exchanges
The fastest way to swap for a different item is to return the original for a refund and place a new order. If you would like help choosing a replacement, just ask.
What can't be returned
For health and safety reasons, certain items â such as opened consumables or personal-care goods â cannot be returned once opened. Any such exclusion is noted on the product page. If an item arrives defective, it is always covered regardless of category.
